Once your order is placed, your order should ship out within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact hello@sagelifeandco.com

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

Missing Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments once we ship your order out. Please contact the shipping courier for further action.

Refunds or returns are only available for orders that have been successfully received. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for missing packages where an incorrect shipping address was provided to us.
